1. Information we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address if provided, delivery address, state, order items, order total, payment method, order status, tracking code, and any delivery note or landmark you choose to provide. For employees, we may also process contact details, work information, assigned employment documents, contract acknowledgements, comments, and related audit records.

We do not ask customers to enter bank login details, card numbers, card CVV, BVN, NIN, payment PINs, or OTPs on this website.

2. Why we use your information

We use order information to receive and process orders, confirm bank-transfer payments, coordinate delivery, contact customers about their orders, provide order tracking, prevent mistakes or duplicate handling, and keep internal business records. Employee information is used to administer employment records, securely provide contracts, record responses, and retain an audit history.

3. Payment information

Customers pay by bank transfer to the receiving account shown on the order page. We record the order amount and payment status, but we do not collect or store customer bank account details or payment credentials.

4. Delivery addresses and dispatch planning

We use delivery addresses to coordinate dispatch. The staff dispatch view shows a general planning view for active deliveries. We avoid using the full specific address for map pins where a general area is enough. A staff user may choose to open an address in Google Maps only when needed for delivery planning.

5. SMS and customer communications

If SMS alerts are enabled, we may send order confirmations or operational alerts to the customer and to authorised staff. SMS may be processed through a service provider such as Termii. We keep SMS content limited to order essentials, such as customer name, order number, order total, and payment status.

6. Staff and employee access

Order information is available only to authorised staff accounts. Staff access is role-based, so order managers can assist with orders and dispatch without receiving full website-editing access. Employment documents are stored privately and are available only to the assigned employee and authorised administrators.

7. Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers only where needed to operate the business, such as website and database hosting, private document storage, SMS delivery, payment confirmation workflow, and delivery coordination.

8. Data retention

We keep order and employment records only for as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, administration, customer or employee support, accounting, dispute handling, business reporting, and legal or regulatory requirements.

9. Security

We use access controls, staff sign-in, role-based permissions, private document storage, and administrative safeguards to protect information. No website can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to limit access and collect only the information needed for operations.
